Prawn Cocktail
Prawns on a bed of mixed leaves, with a tangy seafood sauce. Served with malted bloomer.

Homemade Vegetable Soup (v)
Served with malted bloomer.

Wexford Mushrooms (v)
Toasted garlic bread with mushrooms, a creamy peppercorn sauce and melted stilton.

Duck & Orange Pate
Smooth pork, duck and chicken liver pate with a refreshing citrus hit. Served with rich chutney and bloomer bread.

Melting Brie Wedges
Three delicious melting brie wedges in crunchy breadcrumbs. Served with mixed leaves and cranberry sauce.

MAIN

Traditional Roast Turkey
Hand-carved golden roast turkey served with sage and onion stuffing, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Grilled Salmon Fillet
A lightly grilled salmon fillet served with a jacket potato, hollandaise sauce and a side salad.

Camembert, Fig & Onion Tart (v)
Shortcrust pastry case filled with rich camembert sauce and topped with fig and white onion chutney. Served with seasonal vegetables.

Honey Roasted Gammon
Succulent roasted gammon, served with seasonal vegetables, golden roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and a rich gravy.

Festive Burger
A prime Angus beef burger in a toasted brioche bun, loaded with brie and cranberry, lettuce, red onion and tomato.
Served with a side of gourmet chunky cut chips.

DESSERT

Four Layer Chocolate Fudge Cake
Hand finished luxury fudge cake with white chocolate chips and chocolate brownie. Served warm with clotted cream dairy ice cream.

Cherry Bakewell Cheesecake
Almond flavoured cheesecake, marbled with a cherry compote and topped with toasted almonds. Served with pouring cream.

Luxury Christmas Pudding
Served with brandy sauce.

Spiced Apple & Cinnamon Tart
A butter pastry tart with a spicy apple and cinnamon filling and a caramel glaze. Served warm with clotted cream dairy ice cream.
